Bryon Ward

CRNA, DNP

Bryon Ward, CRNA, DNP, was born and raised in Northeast Arkansas. After graduating high school he enlisted for 4 years in the Unites States Army spending much of his enlistment in Europe. Upon completing his tour of duty, Bryon returned to the states and enrolled in college at Arkansas State University where he received his first bachelor’s degree and went to work in the corporate world of wireless communications. A few years later he had the opportunity to transition into pharmaceutical sales.

Never finding any true passion in these endeavors, Bryon realized that his “cause” in this world was to help others through becoming a healthcare provider (just as his mom had done in her early adult life). After receiving his BSN and MSN (Anesthesia) degrees from ASU, Bryon returned to college one last time to pursue his Doctorate in Nursing.

Byron says he has finally come to realize that the old saying about “loving what you do means you never have to work a day in your life” is true if you are lucky enough to discover what your passion for living is.

“Being at MHC and providing anesthesia to this community has introduced me to a unique experience where folks are appreciative for the care they receive and in return they show heartfelt thanks. This has proven to be one of life’s many blessings for me and I am proud to serve this community.”
