Located in Fowler, the Fowler Community Clinic was originally founded in 1995 by Dr. Charles Stephens under the business name of Minneola Clinic, PA. There was originally a Nurse practitioner, as well as a second Doctor on staff. In 1999 through 2000 Minneola District Hospital began operating the clinic, along with the clinics in Minneola and Bucklin. In present day, the clinic is staffed by Jon Borchard, PA a couple of days a week.
