Deb Moffitt

Deb Moffitt completed her Master of Social Work degree at the University of Kansas in 1992. May 1997, she sat for and passed her Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker license. She and her husband, Dr. James Moffitt moved to Dodge City, KS in May 2001 upon his completion of Wesley Family Practice Medicine Residency. She began private practice at Family Practice Associates in 2005. January 18, 2010, she and Dr. Moffitt opened the Family Care Clinic of Western Kansas.
She continues her private practice to the present. In the fall of 2012, she helped start the Ford County Suicide Prevention Coalition. Family Care Clinic hosts a monthly Grief Group facilitated by Deb and Steve Cagle which was started in November 2012. She also is involved in working with all first responders in the 16th Judicial District which includes 6 counties, and her husband is the coroner. She and Dr. Moffitt have been married since 1985, have 4 adult children and one grandchild. They are thrilled to have their daughter-in-law, Claire Moffitt, PA-C working with them.
